What’s better than a garden in the rain?

Anyone who thought our ladies would opt out for touring three special gardens in the rain was seriously mistaken!   We welcomed fall at two beautiful houses with gardens that were just as special and finished our tour at the Given Library where our Club’s new piece of the library garden was unveiled by President, Linda Lindsay.  It was a glorious day!

Lydia and Betty channeled blue skies with their blouses… even though it didn’t scare the clouds away
Meredith, Peggy, Marilee and Karen brought sunshine to the meeting
Our two hostesses no doubt sharing relief that all their work to prepare their homes and gardens turned out so magnificently, even in the rain!
During the meeting we were all reminded of the Halloween putting event coming up at the Country Club… make sure you get your teams registered so you have a chance to bring home Miss Thistle Dhu for a season
Marilyn’s garden had us all oohing and ahhing with the creative way her garden welcomed us
What’s a little rain among good friends and beautiful gardens?
Rita’s gorgeous gardens were only outdone by her glorious house!
